Shipping policy

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all products to the lower 48 U.S. states, with no minimum order. For Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else, email info@gamedaydisplay.com for shipping details and costs. GameDay Display reserves the right to change this offer at any time.

Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will let you know by email.

Tracking
We email tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you have not received tracking within 3 days of ordering, contact us at info@gamedaydisplay.com.

Carriers
Most items ship by USPS. Some orders ship by UPS Ground or truck freight.

Damage
Please inspect your shipment at delivery. If you see damage, note it on the delivery paperwork or refuse the package, then email info@gamedaydisplay.com right away and keep all original packaging.
